Software Quality Engineer (Closed)
The SkillStorm customer is seeking a Software Quality Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- 8015 Plus project, the CGW (Connectivity Gateway) project, the Project “Tahoe”, and the “PC Apps Win 7 update”.
- The 8015 Plus is the latest updated model that they are conducting testing on.
- The CGW (Connectivity Gateway) project is an overall server project dealing with the wireless connectivity data from the pumps to the main servers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or at least 8-10 years of experience.
- Experience in testing in a regulated environment and should be able to perform documentation if needed.
- Minimum four to six years experience in Systems testing, i.e., Servers, wireless networks, embedded and supporting software applications testing in a regulated environment, preferably FDA.
- Server application skills.
- This person should understand system interfacing.
- They should have worked in a testing Microsoft server environment.
- They should also understand the general basics of database.
- The ideal candidate has had exposure to wireless infrastructure and installing and configuring of Windows.
- The ideal applicant has done end to end testing.
- They should understand how to work with highly interfaced products.
- They should also understand networking (at the system level), integration of performance testing, functional and level testing, etc.
- This person would also have a great understanding of regulatory testing.
- Experience with HIT (Healthcare Information Technology) systems integration and test.
- Experience with HL7 2.x messaging standards and HL7 workbench tools (preference instead of a requirement).
- Experience or knowledge of IHE (Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise) Technical Framework or other HIT standards.
- Experience testing FDA regulated Patient Care Devices.
- Experience with System and Interoperability testing.
- Network configurations (Wired and wireless).
- Performance and Load testing.
- Experience with Agile SW development and testing.
- Experience and strong understanding of SDLC.
- Microsoft Operating Systems – 2003,2008, XP, Vista.
- Microsoft Enterprise Servers – 2003 and 2008 and Active Directory Integration.
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2008 (know how to plan, create, and report queries (They should be able to write complex queries).
- Microsoft .Net 3.0 and 4.0 Framework.
- Microsoft BizTalk 2009, 2010 Integration Server.
- Microsoft Silverlight.
- Windows Office Suite 2003.
- Microsoft TFS and SharePoint.
- Microsoft MSMQ.
- XML, C#,SQL.
- Develop test cases using Mercury Quality Center.
