LTE Software Engineer (Closed)

Our customer is seeking an LTE Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
This position is for a senior or staff level software engineer on our customers' LTE eNB project.
This candidate will be working on developing various eNB modules including MAC, PDCP, RLC, RRC, RRM, SON, and OAM.
Specifically, you will provide in-depth technical design, implementation, integration, and debug support for LTE and IRAT features. This position also requires interface and collaboration with other company teams and external partners.
Software Engineers on the LTE eNB team are responsible for the design and implementation of the latest LTE features for L2 and L3 layers.
Most features require interfacing with LTE Modem, as well as components on the Core Network side.
This position involves extensive C/C++ design/development targeted for Linux/Android and our customers' QDSP6 OS.
LTE, Wireless Communications, Networking, Multithreaded programming, Embedded Programming and RTOS knowledge is a plus.
Software Engineers are involved in all stages of software development life cycle and work closely with engineers from Modem, Systems, and Test teams.

Qualifications:
5+ years experience in embedded C/C++ development.
Experience developing and debugging in a Linux or QDSP6 environment using Trace32.
Prior development experience with wireless protocols such as LTE or UMTS.
Ability to design, debug and document complex software applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mature interpersonal skills with an ability to collaboratively work with others.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasked environment.
Required - Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering.
Preferred - Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering.

Compensation: Competitive based on experience.
