Business Continuity Management Coordinator (Closed)

Our customer is seeking a Business Continuity Management Coordinator

Responsibilities:
The coordinator will assist in the Finance BCM Manager with the Finance Operational Resiliency program. 
Business continuity management; Implementation of the program’s business continuity management practices; BR Plan development, BCM Program Exercise. 
Business Impact Analysis for department processes.

Supplier Relationship Management – Assist and the program management of the departments critical Supplier relationships. 
Working with department relationship managers to ensure risk mitigation plans are complete, accurate and up to date.

IT Disaster Recovery Management – Assist the Finance BCM Manager with the IT DR Program for the Finance IT Applications. 
This includes development of DR Plans for critical finance systems, DR Testing events.

Incident Management; Assist the Finance BCM with the organization Incident Management Program. 
Duties include but not limited to the following; Coordination of Incident Management
.
Additionally the Analyst will be heavily involved in the maintenance of the program within the designated Business Continuity Management application. 

Assist in the business continuity and incident management integration effort for the department.

Participate in cross-functional teams of plan coordinators.

Assisting in the review critique and maintain the recovery plans for assigned groups based on required elements.
Participate in teams of both external and internal individuals.

Support and monitor ongoing staff education and development in business continuity management.

Assist in the management of testing for assigned coverage areas.

Perform, maintenance of the program in designated BCM tools.
Assist in the coordination of BCP-related documentation.
Recommend changes/additions to the BCP mission as appropriate.

Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, information technology. - 4 yrs
Business Continuity Management Planning expertise to also include IT DR Planning - Required 3 yrs
Strong verbal/written communications. Must be able to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business partners in remote location. - Required 4 yrs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage prioritize and effectively meet deadlines while working on multiple assignments simultaneously. - Required 4 yrs
Proven experience using MS Sharepoint as a Collaborative tools for user community.Developing required sharepoint tool assets. - Required 2 yrs
Proficient PC skills developed through extensive use of Windows, Microsoft Office and associated applications. - Required 4 yrs
Working knowledge of Business Continuity Management Industry Standards (ie, BS25999, ISO 22301) - Required 2 yrs
Business Continuity Management Certification desired by not required. Certification w/ (DRII - CBCP or BCI-CBCI) - Highly desired 2 yrs

Compensation: Competitive based on experience.
