IT Accounts Admin (Closed)

Our customer is seeking an IT Accounts Admin.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing internal users with access to computer applications and electronic data in accordance with security and regulatory policies
  • Manage daily access requests in a ticketing system
  • Administer accounts in various applications
  • Provide phone support to company's IT partners who request help in assisting customers
  • Provision of user accounts in Active Directory, Unix, Oracle (ERP), RSA, and several other applications using native admin tools
  • Provide users with the appropriate access to network resources (shared drives) in both Windows and Unix as well as Oracle ERP while vetting requests according to policies and procedures
  • Manage account/access requests in the Service Now ticketing system in a timely manner according to set service level agreements
  • Work with other IT service group personnel over the phone as a respondent to requests for account/access support 

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in a computer account provisioning role or related experience
  • Education equivalent to a technical certificate or bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology 
  • Superior customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Accountability and ownership through problem/request resolution and closure
  • Must possess strong analytical skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to operate professionally and efficiently in a fast paced, team oriented environment
  • Must have a working knowledge of the UNIX and Active Directory environment, specifically with user and group management
  • Must have a working knowledge of Exchange email and calendaring provisioning
  • Oracle ERP user account administration a plus
