Position Summary:

SkillStorm is seeking a US Partner Account Manager to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL, or remotely. In this position, you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy to sell with and through our key industry partners. You will manage relationships with channel partners to drive revenue through partner programs and ensure customer success. This role requires a high level of organization and the ability to dive deep and learn every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive training sales by aligning with partner workforce development and training programs.
  • Meet revenue targets by aligning SkillStorm’s sales motions with those of our best partners.
  • Maintain a robust and clean opportunity pipeline.
  • Manage key elements of the partner alliance, including monthly reporting, business reviews, marketing plans, and other program requirements.
  • Manage contracts and funding programs relevant to key partners.
  • Work closely with all sales teams at SkillStorm to ensure cross-sales and account alignment.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of technical program management, technology-related sales, or business development.
  • Powerful sense of ownership that delivers desired results.
  • Strong organizational skills resulting in operational excellence and business hygiene.
  • A curious approach to business demonstrated by a willingness to learn and dive deep.
  • High level of productivity through the use of key tools, including CRM, project plans, and AI.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales or business development experience in the IT training industry.
  • Partner management experience with a large IT company.
  • Knowledge of the US workforce ecosystem and labor market.
  • Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership orally and in writing.
  • Experience in developing and writing strategy documents.

Salary: The base salary for this position ranges from $70-$80k, with an additional commission structure.
