Our customer is seeking a Recruiter

Responsibilities:
Provide professional level support in the selection and hiring of highly qualified personnel at the Carlsbad headquarters location and to provide support and counsel to HR site personnel in their hiring efforts.
Recruit, interview, screen and evaluate candidates.
Coordinate advertising (paper, internet, recruiters), schedule interviews, test applicants, verify employment and references, and prepare offer and rejection letters.
Coordinate resources such as temporary employees and relocation services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related discipline, or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.

Compensation: Competitive based on experience.
