Project Manager (Closed)

is seeking a Project Manager for our client in Jacksonville, FL or Addison, TX or Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Required Skills:

• Seasoned PM to manage complex Deposits, Debit and Wealth Banking suite of projects. Strong financial management skills required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and navigate at all levels in the organization
• Executive reporting and presentation skills
• Highly organized with critical thinking abilities at both the strategic and tactical levels
• Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Deposits, Debit and Wealth Banking space. Familiarity with various project management tools
• Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business, that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications
• Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously
• Agile experience strongly desired

• Needed to serve as a trusted and valued strategic partner to technology and LOB partners by providing a superior project management experience.
• Provides structure and support, along with rigor around project governance and oversight adhering to the firm’s Global Change Policy and Enterprise Standards.

Position Summary:

• Supports End to End Technology for programs and projects. Performs project management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations, upgrades, conversion, and recovery.
• Role has direct and matrixed execution responsibility across all technology organizations as well as LOB Portfolio/Program Manager on the business side for delivering the program/projects.
• Manages multiple projects or a single major project. Partners with Program and Project Managers and SMEs to create business requirements for technology solutions.
• Assists with technology estimates, manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a live environment.
• Manages to timelines, communicates project status, and has matrix management responsibility. Typically requires 5-7 years of applicable experience.
