Project Coordinator/Implementation Manager

Our customer is seeking a Project Coordinator/Implementation Manager who will be the single point of contact for customers, vendors and internal operational departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the implementation of carrier customers
• Develop effective solutions to impact installation process
• Review services and explain process with customers
• Provide adequate information to questions that customers may pose in relation to their order
• Provide technical verification and ensure compatibility
• Manage and implement a large number of jobs
• Ensure timely and satisfactory installations and implementation of services

Qualifications:

• Experience with Metasolv TBS a plus
• Must have excellent, professional communication skills
