SkillStorm is seeking an Operational Support Specialist for our client in Jacksonville, Florida. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.
Position Summary:
- Individual contributor supporting Consumer, Small Business & Wealth Management Technology COO Risk organization supporting the Technology Risk/Issue Management team. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with individuals at various levels to troubleshoot and assist with remediation of risk related items
- Aggregate various components of data and performs follow-up on outstanding items
- Perform trend/gap analysis related to multiple audit items
- Remediate gaps to reduce risk
- Perform weekly deliverable uploads to a portal used by application owners to complete work
- Develop reporting
- Perform Quality Assurance for deliverables
Required Skills:
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail, accuracy and understanding prioritization within an environment where majority of issues are a priority
- Ability to identify, escalate, and debate risk
- Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
