SkillStorm is seeking a Microsoft 365 Developer for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• The M365 Developer will develop solutions for M365 provisioning and integration with other systems. The resource will work with a team of engineers and developers to design, develop, test, document and integrate a site provisioning process as well as additional solutions for M365. The developer will also assist with post deployment modifications and additional development to support further iterations of solutions. The role requires extensive technical capabilities as well as the ability to work with a team of senior technical professionals in a high paced environment.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years relevant industry experience; 5+ years in a financial, health or insurance industry
• 3-5 years M365 development expertise
• Gulp/Yeoman experience
• Java Script, Node J, Python, Graph API and/or PnP experience
• Microsoft Power Apps experience
• SharePoint Framework experience
• C# experience
• SharePoint add-in development experience
• SharePoint Online custom site provisioning experience
• Experience implementing solutions for large enterprises
• Detail oriented and quality focused
• Exceptional communication and personal skills
• Technical writing experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Self-managed and motivated individual
• Ability to grasp new concepts and quickly adapt to a changing environment

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or extensive experience in a technology related field
• Experience with agile lean methodologies
• Interacts well with diverse groups within function and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators
