SkillStorm is seeking a project Delivery Lead for our client in Richardson, Texas  OR Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• The Global Wholesale Banking group is seeking a Project Delivery Lead who will be responsible for driving forward multiple initiatives in the GBAM space. The successful candidate will be responsible for both shaping the technology solution and overseeing its successful execution while interacting closely with technology, operations and project management teams.

Required Skills:

• "• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Financial strength for accounting and using MS Excel (pivot tables, etc.)
• Educational background like a Business Administration degree or Project Mangement training.
• Ability to work with others to shape technology solutions and champion their adoption
• Ability to manage the successful execution of these solutions whether by a single team or multiple teams
• A proven track record in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible
• Must be able to face off to business and technology leaders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity
• Basics in financial markets & banking operations
• Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
• Motivated to work closely and cooperatively with other team members of varying levels of seniority and experience
• Must have worked using Agile/Lean methodologies and is passionate about applying lean principles and agile methodologies and ways of working (Scrum, Kanban)
• Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with little to no supervision
• Past experience leading teams of developers. "
