Full Stack Java / UI Developer (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Full Stack Java / UI Developer for our client in Addison, TX. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Serves as core UI application developer, will analyze, design, implement, and test APIs built with J2EE web application.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience with UI wireframe, design and implementation and UI web components.
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to build generic UI and APIs that are reusable, scalable, system agnostic, and global are critical to the growth of the company.
• The candidate must also be analytical and adept at working in a team environment and able to prioritize multiple projects and effectively partner with stakeholders to drive the business towards a better future is key.
• Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will collaborate with team member to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities.
• Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with reusable Web Components, familiar with angular, custom element, shadow DOM, HTML Templates
• Angular/Node JS
• CSS/CSS3 and Front-End Frameworks (Bootstrap)
• JavaScript and Frameworks (Angular, Node.js, jQuery, React etc.)
• Spring MVC frameworks and template libraries
• HTML/HTML5
• Cross browser development
• UI/UX design/wireframe
• Proficiency with server-side languages such as Java
• Familiar with RESTful services and UI integration using JSON, AJAX, and Micro Services
• Familiar with Oracle Database/SQL
• Git and BitBucket"
• Must have at least 8 years of Development Experience and at least 4 of them should be in Mulesoft.
• Strong knowledge of api specification using RAML, data types, and traits.
• Extensive experience in data transformation using dataweave and MEL.
• Extensive experience in mule 3 and mule 4 is good to know
• Extensive experience in designing complex business process using restful API.
• Extensive experience in implementing MUnit, Exception Handling and Logging.
• Good know-how of Best practices on Logging and Exception-Handling.
• Strong experience in troubleshooting Mule flows, deployment, and tuning.
• Extensive experience on integration of Mule projects with Source Control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Java background is preferable.

Desired Skills:

• Understanding of CI/CD tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and Artifactory
• Knowledge of Agile process using Jira.
• UI/UX
