Position Summary
SkillStorm is seeking a US Partner Programs Manager Intern to work onsite in Jacksonville, FL or remote. In this position you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy to sell with and through our key industry partners. In the role, you will manage relationships with strategic technology and channel partners to drive revenue through partner programs, account team engagement, and other bespoke opportunities. This position requires a high level of organization and an ability to dive deep and learn – every day!
Key Responsibilities
- Drive training sales by aligning to partner programs, focus areas, and account teams
- Meet revenue targets by aligning SkillStorm’s sales motions with those of our best partners
- Maintain a robust and clean sales pipeline
- Manage key elements of the partner alliance including reporting, business reviews, planning, program requirements, etc.
- Manage contracts and funding programs relevant to key partners
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of technology related sales, business development, or technical program management
- Powerful sense of ownership that delivers desired results
- Experience communicating and presenting to Sr. leadership orally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills resulting in operational excellence and business hygiene
- A curious approach to business demonstrated by a willingness to learn and dive deep
- Requirement: Transitioning military within 180 days of separation or retirement from any of the US Armed Forces and have approval for participation in the DoD SkillBridge Program
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales or business development experience with the IT training industry
- Partner management experience with a large IT company
- Knowledge of the US workforce ecosystem and labor market
- Experience in developing and writing strategy documents
Salary
This position is for SkillBridge eligible candidates. This position's salary will range from $50-$70k.
