Change Coordinator (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Change Coordinator for our client in Plano, Texas. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

  • Change Coordinator Description: The candidate will work with a technology base application support teams within Consumer Credit Assistance and Complaints technology, providing production support, monitoring, and compliance management for a suite of client applications, including status updates and progress for Service ID account password resets. Foster stable support framework by providing a single point of contact for change coordination and management of registered technology changes and related governance activities associated with ECM Policy and Standards. Will work as a lead across multiple agile teams and feature leads to obtain design, testing and execution evidence for changes as well as provide initial quality control checks of evidence capture based on registered change entries and JIRA project artifacts:

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to leverage standard Office tools and presentations, advanced use of Excel formulas and pivot capability
  • Prior experience coordinating and/or managing application governance and compliance
  • Ability to multi-task/handle periods of high volume of work
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Agile methodologies

Desired Skills:

  • General understanding of Enterprise Change processes and support systems/tools. Including:
    •  PPRT (Program, Project Risk Tool), Remedy, ECG.
    • Prior experience with standard software release management processes.
