Workspace One Engineer / Administrator (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Workspace One Engineer / Administrator for our client in Jacksonville, FL. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• The Modern Platform Engineering Workspace One Engineer / Administrator will assist in preparing Workspace One on-premise tenet for endpoint onboarding, specifically osMac and Windows Thin Clients.
• Workspace One Upgrades and patching
• Workspace One Security: Role Based Access Controls
• Workspace One Organizational Group management
• The Workspace One Engineer / Administrator should have excellent technical knowledge of unified endpoint management, modern enterprise desktop, networking, and security including:
• VMWare Workspace ONE
• Apple Macintosh
• Thin client devices
• Windows OS
• Modern Application Deployment

Required Skills:

• Workspace ONE, formally Airwatch, UEM up to 2105
• Workspace One Infrastructure configuration and management
• Workspace One management of macOS and Windows
• macOS and Windows MDM troubleshooting
• macOS and Windows enrollment process
• Munki Software Deployment
• Management Configurations: Profile/Policies/System settings
• Profile migration
• Active Directory Group Policy
• Workspace One Baselines

Desired Skills:

• Workspace One integration with SCEP
• Jamf Policies & Scripts
• Familiarity with Windows build process
• Experience with automation and scripting using various scripting languages, PowerShell, Python, etc.
• Disaster Recovery
• Threat Modeling
• ITSM Change Management
