Voice Project Manager (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Project Manager for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrate strong End to End program/ project management skills to support all new Voice products presented, NSER’s and Reverse Engagement (RTB) projects within the Work Space Services Contact Center Voice division. Experience working with Avaya VoIP infrastructure or known knowledge of platform and past banking work experience would be a plus for processes and procedures.
