Role Description

• Deliver live and remote training for an ongoing Pega/OAS implementation

• Develop training materials (live/remote presentions, job aids, video recordings) in consultation with subject matter experts

• Assist in creation and execution of change management plan

• Collect and analyze user feedback through an online survey tool

• Support all efforts related to training delivery

• Develop and distribute communications content to end users using a variety of tools (PowerPoint, PiktoChart, InDesign, Biteable)

• Create and maintain strong working relationships with the client and key stakeholder groups

 

Bachelors or equivalent degree required

Strong oral and written communications required. Experience delivering live training courses, and developing end-user communication preferred
