Trade Support

SkillStorm is seeking a Trade Support for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

  • This resource should have 5-7 years of technology/customer service experience. They will be responsible for providing support for Executives across a wide swath of Bank lines of business including, Consumer, Banking, GWIM and US Trust clients, along with these group’s Middle and Back Office Technology teams. They will also support the Trading population located in Charlotte. This support includes but is not limited to end to end resolution of incidents within the ITSM framework, managing the software deployment life cycle, provisioning hardware requests (maintaining loaner device pools), assisting in maintaining the fluid assignment of incidents in the ticket management queue, and helping with campus moves (as required).

Required Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced high request volume environment is critical. Clients have very high expectations and the must be met. Candidate must have very strong communication skills (both written and oral). Ability to multi-task is a must as they will be engaged from a number of directions. Being able to properly manage their time with minimal supervision is required, as this team is always on the move. Prior experience with Trading Floor Support is a huge plus, but not ulimately required. Candidate must be flexible and willing to work overtime/off hour on-call support. This is not a 9-5 role.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent technical skill troubleshooting Windows OS platforms and Window Office Suite (2013/365) - both in person and over the phone. Familiarity with Market Data applications, mobile device (iOS/Android/Blackberry) troubleshooting. Experince support Mac laptops a plus, but not required. User will need to be able to crawl under desks to deal with hardware issues as well.
