TIM Tier 2 Support Analyst (Closed)
Tier 2 Production support analyst to provide and support any defects. Analyzing the defects, providing the fix, testing the fix, root cause analysis, and client communication for any defects raised in Production environment.
- 2 years hands on Siebel experience
-1+ years of experience in system maintenance
-1 years of experience in software development or supporting an open source technical environment
- Experience in a large scale Federal IT Program
- Experience with SAFe Agile delivery framework
- US Citizenship Required.
