SkillStorm is seeking a Technical Project Manager for our client in Charlotte, NC OR Plano, TX. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• The Technical Project Manager (TPM) leads the team of Engineers thru the project life cycle to Design, Build and Deliver infrastructure or middleware components on an agreed upon time line. The Project manager provides oversight of task delivery for various components of infrastructure service solutions / delivery including network connectivity, midrange server build, virtual server build, storage, performance / capacity planning, and monitoring of infrastructure health. The TPM will coordinate with key delivery teams responsible for Test Environments Management, Production Release Management, Performance testing and Capacity Management plus other teams to deliver Pre Prod and Production infrastructure in the environments.

Required Skills:

• Aligned to a single large project or multiple projects of varying sizes.
• Leads a team of highly technical and analytical professionals.
• Manages the end to end technology delivery strategy including collecting and translating business requirements into program and project plans, and technical execution of the plan.
• Rigorously manage scope to ensure agreed / approved / appropriate value is delivered and commitments are achieved within time, cost and quality parameters.
• May have direct accountability for leading a team including but not limited to internal, global and third party resources.
• Function as a member of the overall technical delivery team.

Desired Skills:

• Previous Client TPM experience. General knowledge of Channels business operations, applications, and strategy.
