Technical Business Analyst (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for our client in Jersey City. NJ. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Responsible for capturing application requirements and determines the impact of enhancements
• Acts as the subject matter expert to support scope and requirement decisions.
• Facilitate calls with stakeholders including user acceptance testing , understand issue statements , create user stories and advise the development team on the implementation.
• Possess a working knowledge on business and technical domain related to Trade surveillances.
• Support development team on application testing and troubleshooting issues.
• Document processes and track the delivery timelines of implementation.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a technical BA
• 3+ years of working knowledge on a relational database such as Oracle, etc.,
• 2+ years of working knowledge on a ETL tools such as Informatica power center
• Effective verbal communication skills with experience in writing stories, requirement documents and facilitating meetings between stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience working on agile setup
• Experience with Microsoft suite of products including Excel, PowerPoint, word and VISIO
• Sound understanding of trade lifecycle and different type of securities
• Work with development teams and users to ensure delivery meets requirements

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Tableau reports
• Exposure to Nice Actimize RCM, and AIS
