SkillStorm is seeking a Technical Architecture Analyst for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC.

 

Job Description:

The Technical Architecture Analyst:

  • Develops and maintains architecture designs in accordance with Enterprise Architecture standards. May have a specialization in one or more of the following: infrastructure, application, tools, data, network, or facilities. 
  • Executes activities in support of creating detailed service designs in accordance with Enterprise Architecture standards. May have a specialization in one or more of the following: infrastructure, application, tools, data, network, or facilities. 
  • Collaborates with Service Architect to provide technology specific architecture expertise in service design 
  • Identifies and addresses architecture issues that may affect Infrastructure/Application and tool integrity 
  • Produces architectural design and Involved documentation for inclusion in the Service Design Package. Creates detailed design of components necessary to operate services and solutions on a day-to-day basis 
  • Ensures designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and supports the development, execution, and operation of service 
  • Ensures detailed designs match high level designs and are traceable to requirements in functional specification 
  • Provides technical oversight and helps facilitate internal service/product toll-gating processes, including Permit to Build (PTB) and Permit to Operate (PTO) activities and coordinates acceptance activities for aligned services/products 
  • Creates detailed design of components necessary to operate services and solutions on a day-to-day basis 
  • Engages with relevant stakeholders to ensure design requirements and success criteria are met 
  • Supports the definition of Infrastructure/Application and tool architecture standards 
  • Ensures the overall technical design at project/ program level is aligned with the architecture standards 
  • Supports project teams during the design phase 

 

Required Skills:

  • Must be certified Microsoft Intune or VMWware AirWatch 
  • Must be ITIL foundational certified 
  • Must be Agile certified 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail 
  • Possess a personal sense of urgency and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to work with business and technical teams to build requirements and technical artifacts 
  • Proven experience in developing and executing on the product/project lifecycle including selection, design, test, certify, implement, support and optimize for end user focused services 
  • Proven experience with designing and implementing EMM, MDM, MAM solutions 
  • Supports testing such as test plan development, supporting execution and any defect / service improvement 
  • 5+ years of experience using ITIL processes and standards 
  • 5+ years of experience with designing and implementing medium to large Enterprise-Level EMM, MDM, MAM solutions
