SSIS / SQL Developer (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking an SSIS / SQL Developer for our client in Jersey City, New Jersey. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Position Summary:

• Application developer responsible for design, develops, and maintains software applications for applications in the Enterprise Independent Testing domain. Candidate should be experienced in SQL Server, SSIS and Autosys. Hands on experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, Radical etc. Experience working in Agile development process and good understanding of various phases of Software Development Lifecycle Relational database experience. Supports and interact with global infrastructure group and technical management. The candidate needs to coordinate development deliverables such as design, code review, testing, and deployment with team members globally.

Primary Skill:

• Microsoft SSIS

Secondary Skill:

• MS SQL Server

Requirements:

• 8+ years of hands on SSIS and SQL Server skill-set
• 5+ years of experience in SQL Server Programming to process large volume of data on the server side
• Hands on experience with CI/CD technologies such as JIRA, Bitbucket, Ansible Tower, Jenkins and Artifactory
• Experience in Autosys and SQL Agent
• Strong Problem identifying and solving ability and Excellent communication skills
• Dedicated, self-driven and willingness to take responsibility and ownership of application
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in WebAPI, Angular UI, Node.JS
• Development experience using Microsoft .Net Framework , C# .NET, VB .NET, XML and Web Service
• Experience in Visual C++ 6.0 (MFC & Win32), Visual Basic 6.0, C++, C and object oriented design

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of DotNet and have working experience with Sharepoint source ETL processes.
