SR VMWare Administrator (Closed)

Our customer is seeking a Sr. VMWare Administrator.

Responsibilities:

  • Support large scale disaster recovery process

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience administering VMware virtual server host systems administration and support in a large scale, highly available 24/7 environment
  • Knowledge of mid-tier storage administration (SAN)
  • Knowledge in the following:
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP4) (version 4)
  • VMWare vSphere 4.1 Enterprise Plus
  • VMware Site Recovery Manager
  • VMware Service ManagerVMware vCloud Director
  • VMware vShield for Cloud Director
  • VMware vChargeback
  • VMware View 4.5 Premier and/or Citrix XenDesktop virtual desktops
  • Dell server hardware
  • Ethernet/GigE/10Gb Converged Networking
  • Storage Area Networks
  • Scripting
  • TCP/IP
  • Active Directory
  • DNS/WINS
  • Microsoft Certified System Administrator
  • Red Hat Linux System Administrator version 5 or higher
  • Quest/Vizioncore vFoglight Professional
  • Knowledge of Red Hat Linux and Microsoft Server OS, networking TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, and DHCP is desired
