Sr. Security Analyst (IAM) (Closed)

Description of Work:

 

As a member of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, the Security Analyst will contribute to the global expansion of our identity program. The individual in this role will collaborate with business units to interpret and understand detailed access requirements and work with other technology teams to offer solutions. The successful candidate will also help to maintain operational processes for identity lifecycle management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance review of cloud access requests
  • Role management
  • Collaborate with other leads to support implementation of a secure IAM framework
  • Participate in crafting new business processes to support corporate policies
  • Collaborate on the delivery of multiple IAM-related projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, Scaled Agile environment, ensuring that new functionalities and integrations satisfy business need
  • Assist in identifying, detailing, and prioritizing complex functional and technical requirements for an identity governance tool
  • Plan, configure, communicate, and execute on user access reviews to support audit requirements
  • Support the development of a comprehensive IAM program plan and project plans for the implementation and configuration of new IAM system components on premise and in the cloud (e.g. Workday, AD, AWS, Azure)
  • Partner with business leaders to educate and influence decisions to support the IAM program
  • Liaison between impacted business units and infrastructure teams

Basic Qualifications:

 

Minimum knowledge, skills, abilities needed.

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 Years of work experience OR Master's degree and 5 Years of work experience OR a minimum 11 years of work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 2+ years of experience in the following areas:
  • Cloud compliance (e.g. AWS & Azure IAM) as well as other OS, database and application layer experience
  • Understanding of networks concepts
  • Experience with least privilege and separation of duty analysis
  • Basic knowledge and experience with cloud services, cloud architectures, integration tools, code repositories
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills including the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences, while being self-motivated and organized
  • Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding or experience with modern identity management tools (e.g. Saviynt, RSA, SailPoint, CA, Oracle), technology, RBAC methodologies, policies and processes
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Candidates with these skills will be given preferential consideration.

  • Assistance in identifying, detailing, and prioritizing complex functional and technical requirements for an identity governance tool
  • Ability to plan, configure, communicate, and execute on user access reviews to support audit requirements
  • Support the development of a comprehensive IAM program plan and project plans for the implementation and configuration of new IAM system components on premise and in the cloud (e.g. Workday, AD, AWS, Azure)
  • Partner with business leaders to educate and influence decisions to support the IAM program
  • Liaison between impacted business units and infrastructure teams
  • Two or more security certifications preferred - CISSP, CISM, CISA, SANS GIAC, CGEIT, CRISC, GSEC, ITL, etc.
