Solution Train Engineer (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Solution Train Engineer for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• In collaboration with the Product Managers, ensure the solution train has a healthy backlog and review demand versus capacity.
• Work closely with the RTEs to coordinate the complex dependencies (including suppliers) and integration of all epics/features across ARTs that are needed to deliver the solution.
• Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the Solution Train.
• Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration within the Solution Train to support value delivery and PI commitments.
• Responsible for status updates and reporting pertaining to Solution Train delivery/timelines/ impediments to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure that execution is aligned with solution strategy by working with Product Management and other stakeholders.
• Enable the Solution Train to become high performing through collaboration and relentless focus on continuous improvement.
• Measure Solution Train delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the Solution Train to identify improvement opportunities.
