Role Description: 

US Citizens. No Dual. Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

US Citizens. No Dual. Develops the application including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable

- Performs custom development (as required) and 3rd party integrations

- Carries out unit-testing and defect resolution

- Carries out migration of the changes to production

- Assists with technical design and documentation

- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements

-Supervisory responsibilities for ServiceNow Developers

- Performs more complex development than ServiceNow Developer

At least six (6) years of relevant experience to include software development. At least three (4) years developing ServiceNow-centric solutions.  Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices. Understanding of event-driven architectures. Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts. Knowledge of modern web design (CSS, HTML, etc), Javascript, Angular.js, and ServiceNow Service Portal.

Off-site (Contractor Site):  Remote
