ServiceNow Implementation Specialist-CSM (Closed)
· Implementation specialist is responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow CSM solutions and services in a client consulting environment. |
· Providing ServiceNow configuration assistance including, but not limited to: data imports and software integrations |
· Gather requirements using Agile/Scrum SDLC process |
· Capture business requirements and translate to cost effective, sustainable technical solutions |
· Facilitate and support development and testing phases |
· Perform end to end implementations using ServiceNow Engagement Methodology or similar |
· Assists with gap analyses highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition |
· Establishes credibility at all levels with clients and builds problem-solving partnerships with clients and colleagues |
· Communicates in formal presentation settings including medium sized groups, internal and external project teams; develops written communications to address varied styles and information needs |
· Ensure best practice adherence for core system setup, development, security, tuning and performance. |
· Coordinate release planning and implementations. |
· Provide subject matter expertise, act as technical product advocate, design, develop and implement CSM module within ServiceNow platform. |
· Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow |
· Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests |
· Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions |
· Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools |
· Ensure appropriate tools and processes are in place to have a development/production environment that is reliable and reproducible |
· Ensure tool configuration consistency across development, QA, and production environments |
· Participate in ongoing production support and end user support |

Preferred Skills |
· 5+ years’ experience in ServiceNow as a System Implementor or similar responsibility |
· Minimum 2+ Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow CSM module as lead technical implementation consultant role |
· Integration experience with specific Product system like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Watson, etc., |
· Working knowledge of relational databases |
· Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs |
· Web Service Integration (API Web Services) experience |
· LDAP Integration experience |
· Single Sign-on configuration and administration |
· SQL Experience |
· Experienced and Comfortable Presenting to large Audiences |
· Advanced Application Experience: ITx, HR, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security, Asset Management, PPM a Plus, Platform/Integration, Portal/U |
· Web Services integration experience |
· Expertise implementing, configuring and customizing ServiceNow preferred |
· Ability to wear multiple hats i. e. Business Analyst, Interim Project Manager, Admin/Developer, and tester as required
