ServiceNow Developer (Closed)

We are seeking to hire a ServiceNow Developer to assist in the configuration/development of the ServiceNow platform through out of the box ServiceNow solutions and customization based on business requirements. The ServiceNow Developer will work with a team to implement and deliver applications in a fast-paced agile project environment.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with members of the project teams to provide customization and configuration of customer’s ServiceNow instance.

• Provide guidance and support to Direct Reports and other ServiceNow team members.

• Assist in the Agile process by providing insight and expertise in the customization demands and level of effort.

• Create and implement client scripts, business rules, UI Policies, ACLs, and otherwise configure or modify ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

• Track and implement defect fixes and enhancement requests.

• Build customized Service portal web pages with user friendly widgets using Bootstrap and AngularJS JavaScript frameworks.

• Build custom applications leveraging out of the box features.

• Develop user friendly Service catalog items with experience writing orchestration workflows such as Content Management, Web Services etc using Flow Designer.

• Utilizes available programming methodologies and languages and adheres to coding standards, procedures and techniques while contributing to the technical code documentation.

• Migration of update sets to sub-prod and production environments.

• Ability to provide input to the project’s technical documentation like Architecture Document, Implementation/Deployment plan, Security profile document etc.

• Support data migration as needed.

• Support ServiceNow platform upgrades.

• Perform unit and integration testing with sample and live data.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer

• ServiceNow Developer and Implementation certifications preferred

• Knowledge of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance processes and requirements

• Experience in implementing ServiceNow GRC solutions, highly preferred

• Excellent understanding of ServiceNow architecture and key modules.

• Excellent understanding and experience in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, JSON, SOAP, REST, etc.

• Subject Matter Expert on ServiceNow

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field required.
