ServiceNow Administrator (Closed)

We are actively looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Administrator to join our team to manage the configuration, implementation and maintenance of a ServiceNow system in a fast paced agile project environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform

• Work closely with the ServiceNow functional team to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes from the customer to the fulfillment teams

• Develop, configure and improve core and custom applications

• Work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow

• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow

• Develop systems integrations and process automation

• Perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases

• Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation

 

Qualifications

• 2+ years ServiceNow administration experience

• ServiceNow System Administrator certification (Required)

• Experience working in a Scaled Agile environment (preferred)

• Experience working with Agile Project Teams

 

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
