Service Delivery Lead (Closed)
SkillStorm is seeking a Service Delivery Lead for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.
Description:
- We currently have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Lead with Global HR Data & Analytics technology organization
- This role reports directly to head of the Global HR Data & Analytics Technology organization and is responsible for leading delivery of program technology products and services to meet strategic business outcomes
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Planning, coordinating, & delivery of defined deliverables
- aligning delivery to technology strategy,
- stakeholder management,
- communicating all aspects of delivery, including: planning, team engagement, status & direction as aligned to the target outcomes,
- coordinating delivery across multiple Tech & LOB teams,
- identifying & managing risks,
- ensuring compliance to ECM standards,
- providing visibility into the health of the program.
Required Skills Include:
- 5+ years of Data, Reporting & Analytics technology experience and 10+ years of service delivery management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Data & Analytics technology products, business solutions & market trends
- Experience in driving Reporting & Analytics technology strategy & road map to meet strategic business outcomes.
- Experience in managing relationships & expectations with the business & technology leaders and vendors for technical products
- Experience in establishing target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders.
- Experience in coordinating and facilitating the program routines (for example, kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.)
- Experience in planning and coordinating delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
- Experience in facilitating and enabling collaboration across (Tech & LOB’s, versus organization?) organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
- Experience in facilitating dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
- Experience in providing status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
- Experience in establishing & tracking the success metrics of an effort and reviewing performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Experience in managing financials and assisting with resource planning for the program.
- Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must possess analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be a nimble thinker who can be successful in a fast changing environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience delivering in an agile/scrum environment
