SkillStorm is seeking a Salesforce Developer for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

  • Seeking a Systems Team member for a large Agile development program focusing on delivery using a Salesforce Cloud & nCino bank operating system. This Systems Team member will be focused on Salesforce administration related activities in support of the development and production support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, testers, product owners and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business solutions built on Salesforce & nCino technologies.
  • Support Bank side infrastructure, including Mulesoft, Relational Junction, Informatica and Oracle

Essential Skills:

  • 5+years of experience in o nCino o Salesforce Administration, , adept in deployments, CI/CD for salesforce
  • 3+ Years of experience in using Linux systems (administration), and proficient in Linux commands and platform usage, deployments
  • Analyze and resolve technical and application problems, salesforce and other linux /general application
  • 3+ years of experience with Dev/Ops tools/CI/CD Tools usage

Desirable Skills:

  • Maintain high standards of software quality as a control point for code delivery.
  • Possess a knowledge of enterprise monitoring technologies, i.e. Splunk, Aternity, App Dynamics, Sitescope, etc.
  • General knowledge of Cloud based security and work with Security and Risk staff to ensure application is secure and free of vulnerabilities ?
  • Package and support deployment of releases.
  • Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
  • Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
  • Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
  • Provide third-level support to business users. Core Competency Requirements
  • College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent independent learning (validated through interview process)
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum
  • Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software
  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
  • Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization
  • Comprehensive understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application development techniques and theories
  • Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment
