SkillStorm is seeking a Risk Software Developer for our client in New York, NY. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Front Office Risk Software Developer. Primary responsibility is development and maintenance of trader-focused intraday and end-of-day risk management software for Commodities, Fixed Income and FX derivatives trading desks. Software will be largely delivered within the Client’s Quartz platform, which is Python-based. Python experience is preferred, but not required. The role is within a locally-managed team based in New York City, that collaborates closely with equivalent teams in Houston and London, England. Stakeholder direct engagement is essential to identify and discuss requirements to fulfill their various needs upon pricing, risk and trade capture. 3rd level support of the delivered technologies in the location will be expected.
