Agile Trainer (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking an Agile Trainer for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Responsible for supporting Global Banking Technology (GBT) training process in the (GBT) group by creating and giving training for all levels of GBT both technical and business. Works in Agile Transformation Office providing thought leadership on Agile classes and training. Participate in workgroups related to training and partner Role Responsibilities: - Create and conduct GBT specific Lean – Agile training - Host office hours sessions - Develop Training pass/fail questions for all training materials - Partner with Coaches and RTEs for alignment

Required Skills:

• SPC 5.0 in good standing - LPM Enabled - 5+ years of adult Lean – Agile course creation and training - Strong familiarity with Jira - Verbal communication skills - Knowledge of XP, Scaled Agile, LPM, Scrum, and Kanban team agile practices, Release Train agile practices, and portfolio level practices - Previous experience training Executives
