Release Coordinator (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Release Coordinator for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina, Richardson, Texas, OR Chandler, Arizona. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• Seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of moderate complexity typically within a single, sometimes multiple department(s), within a business unit. Responsible for verifying that all release activities have been completed by the release team. Will manage the quality and signoffs for the release. Will open, close, and report on progress of the releases

Required Skills:

• 4-7 years - Technology Release/Change Coordinator.
• Mandatory that the candidate has Project Manager skills/experience and more technical background in user computing products and services.
• Experience with desktop operating system and application release and deployment in large companies, experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and/or Tivoli endpoint manager (TEM).
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience as an agile scrum master
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Remedy tool suites
• Knowledge of large enterprise change management policies and processes

Desired Skills:

• Previous Client experience is a plus.
• PMP Certified
• ITIL Foundations Certified
• Microsoft SharePoint and other collaboration tools experience a plus
