Recruiter (Closed)
Our customer is seeking a Recruiter who will be responsible for providing professional level support in the sourcing, selection and hiring of highly qualified personnel, and providing support and counsel to HR site personnel in their hiring efforts.
Responsibilities:
- In conjunction with hiring managers, recruit, interview, screen and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate advertising (paper, internet, recruiters) and present offers.
- Coordinate resources such as relocation services.
- Decisions are made within policy constraints.
Qualifications:
- Interact with varying levels of personnel requiring the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing HR and Recruiting processes and programs and the interpretation of them.
- Functional knowledge of corporate operations and product line.
- Job involves a diverse scope and moderate to high degree of complexity.
- Previous experience recruiting in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related discipline, or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
