SkillStorm is seeking a QA for our client in Newark, DE. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Onshore lead for the Masterminds system agile team. The lead will provide end to end testing support for Credit Card acquisition space, managing testing efforts with on and offshore teammates, leading triage efforts for defect management, manual testing support for onshore hour defect resolution tests, managing new functional and regression suite execution, leading development of test plans, scripts and jira stories, managing stories through the kanban board.

Primary Skill:

• Functional/Manual Testing

Secondary Skill:

• Agile tools (Jira)

Tertiary Skill:

• Automation Testing

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance role
• Well versed with AGILE methodology/JIRA
• Experience with manual/functional testing tools and technologies
• Experience with Test Planning and Test Story / Script Creation

Desired Skills:

• Credit card industry experience is a plus
• Provide expertise in test planning, constructing and execution of test scripts
• Good communication skill and ability to learn quickly automation experience
