SkillStorm is seeking a QA for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

The QA for Data Horizontal in Treasury Tech consists of extremely talented engineers, who develop industry leading financial management platforms that provide solutions to provide regulatory reporting globally.

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years experience in testing planning & execution, both manual and automated testing.
• Familiar with developing detailed, comprehensive & well-structured test cases based on functional, non-functional and compliance requirements.
• Can support test planning, usually at an agile team level, ensuring stories are well refined and contain clear acceptance criteria.
• Has strong web application, API & web services testing experience.
• Should have a strong base on complex SQL and exposure to ETL
• Can identify automation opportunities, develop test automation for applicable test types
• Should be automation proficient in Selenium and/or RAFT using Java.
• Familiarity with Cucumber, BDD, Tosca, and/or UFT is a plus
• Can communicate effectively.
• Can become part of a team. Team members support each other to deliver.
• Familiar with all or some of the following technologies, Java, Spring, Angular, JavaScript, Python, Relational DBs and Kafka.
• Enthusiastic about emerging technology, team dynamics and building/maintaining a positive working environment.
• Familiarity with onshore/offshore model is a plus
• Experience of capital markets or banking – although not an essential requirement.
