SkillStorm is seeking a QA for our client in Charlotte, NC OR Pennington, NJ. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• This is an onsite QA team member role in NFRR center. This person will be part of the overall QA and Controls team which includes the delivery and execution of QA strategy and standards for data strategy and NFRR applications. Candidates should be capable E2E testing , UI/UX testing and building automation for user experience. This is a great opportunity to learn new tools and technology in CDO team.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain framework for automation in Selenium, Cucumber, Java, Python.
• Should be experienced in programming in Java, Python and Kafka event integration
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries for underlying data in E2E testing automation
• Works directly with the QA, Development and Architect teams across globe
• Integrate well with Development team for CI/CT and CI/CD
• Builds and executes functional, regression, E2E, integration test cases along with test data setup
• Perform defect management in JIRA
• Define and document automation framework design
• Ability to analyze results and efficiently communicating and reporting these back to the development / Business teams
• Experience in coordinating and working closely with offshore team

• AngularJS, Microstrategy

Required Skills:

• UI automation experience in REACT portal, Angular Applications, HTML, REST API, Web based UI Design
• Programming skills in Java, Python
• Basic Knowledge of SQL and UNIX/Shell scripts
• Excellent communication skills and documentation skills
• Working knowledge of testing concepts, verification and validation techniques, defect management tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, proactive with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems
• Willing to learn and adopt new tools and technologies for continuous improvements
• Proactive and works with the team but also builds and delivers independently
