SkillStorm is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for our client in Jersey City, New Jersey. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• Quality Assurance consultant will work very closely with the development team and, from a testing perspective, will be involved in all aspects of the development process.
• expected to understand the development items and then code and execute automated test cases.
• A strong knowledge is required in SQL, automation, python, frontend and backend testing.
• analyze, design, document new or modified QA procedures and standards and assist in the development and implementation of QA metrics for assessing the quality of delivered applications and information systems.
• Knowledge of Defect management process.
• Agile tools (Jira/Rally) experience is a must.
• Strong competency in requirement analysis, prioritize tasks, identify risks
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
