SkillStorm is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for our client in Jersey City, New Jersey. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.
Skills Required as Mentioned Below:
- Candidate should have 6+ Years of ETL/Data Base/UI Testing experience.
- Expertise in all SDLC phases(Agile).
- Develop the test plan/test scripts for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
- Ability to coordinate across all phases and teams (BA, Dev, UAT) ensuring all tasks are clearly defined and being monitored.
- Responsible for providing overall status of projects within his/her domain to Client QA Team Mgr./Lead.
- Must have an experience in Capital Markets Banking / Financials
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; Must be able to communicate, influence and collaborate with business and technology partners effectively
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify core issues and respond to problem in fast paced environment
- Strong Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent work activities
- Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager / Sr. Test Manager.
- Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.) to the Client.
- Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of project.
- Experience in PEGA Application Testing.
- Extensive Experience in TOSCA/UFT.
