SkillStorm is seeking a Python Developer for our client in Houston, TX. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.
Job Description:
- Primary responsibilities will include developing Python-based back office support software for Commodities trading. The role is within a diverse global team based in Houston, and India while collaborating with front office and risk teams based in Houston and London. Stakeholder direct engagement is essential to identify and discuss requirements to fulfill their various needs around using trade and risk data for various business needs. 3rd level support of the delivered technologies in the location will be expected.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Python programming language
- Structured software development experience
- Solid communication skill
- Collaborative software development approach
