Property Preservation Specialist (Closed)
Our customer is seeking a Property Preservation Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client Requests which have been acquired through foreclosure or loss mitigation alternatives.
- Monitoring the loan history to determine if an initial securing is warranted and continue until said property has been conveyed back to the investor.
- Assist with the placement of tasks into the client system of records and documenting said records with our findings.
- Ultimate accountability for overall performance of the Client portfolio.
- Assign and direct actions on all foreclosed assets.
- Conduct a complete review of the load history to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Monitor the vendor’s performance on outstanding orders by reviewing operational reports.
- Create and distribute orders such as Initial Securing and Prepare to Convey Orders as well as Special Request order types.
- Diligently follow up on all outstanding requests and telephone calls from internal and external customers within one business day.
- Responsibilities include placing task records into the client’s operating system.
- Inform Management of any deficiencies, problems, or concerns that may be of possible risk.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, College a plus.
- 3-5 years experience in Foreclosure management and familiarity with database integrity.
- Minimum supervision.
- Independently performs complex responsibilities complex responsibilities.
