Project Manager / Migration Specialist (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Program Manager for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Assist Payment Origination clients in readying their applications and business processes for the migration to CashPro platform. Manage multiple implementations simultaneously using a structured project management approach. Coordinate various internal bank and external resources to complete implementations successfully including IT, Operations, and Data Transmission resources. Provide guidance to clients during the migration process and educate them regarding payment processes, message standards, data communications, and security. Share documentation the client will use as a guide to their internal development. Explain aspects of the services, focusing on the recommended migration approach. Maintain project plans for client and internal use. Guide the client to enable them to use the CashPro services effectively. Act as the single point of contact for client inquiries and guidance during the migration process and transition to production support. Provide consultative guidance as necessary for internal constituents including Sales, Product Management, Operations and Implementation Management.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a project manager or business analyst in cash management implementation, operations, customer service, technical consulting, sales, or systems
• Previous positions must have included extensive client contact
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills to achieve cooperation/coordination of multiple tasks performed by other business units within the bank
• Presentation skills are necessary
• The ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels
• The capability to deal effectively with multiple deadline-driven, client-sensitive projects and tasks
• Very strong time management and task prioritization skills

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of EDI and/or electronic banking processes
• Knowledge of ISO XML file layouts
• Familiarity with file processing and transmission flows
• Strongest candidates are those with proven technical, business and project management skills who must work well without supervision
• Individuals typically have 5 to 7 years of experience in banking and/or treasury management services
