Project Manager / Data Manager (Closed)
SkillStorm is seeking a Project Manager / Data Manager for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.
Description:
- Seeking resource to provide project management support to a diverse set of active data management projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provides project management support to multiple data management projects and priorities at the same time, including managing all deliverables, progress tracking and reporting, meeting notes and action items documentation and communication, coordinating/facilitating meeting routines
- Assess submitted deliverables against expectations and takes necessary actions with submitter to meet expectations
- Uploads/maintains information on data transmissions processes in required enterprise tools and investigate discrepancies with the appropriate stakeholders
- Updates/maintains SharePoint to improve communication and ease of operating with our stakeholders
- Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across multiple teams to support deliverable completion and timeline
Requirements:
- Attention to detail with the ability to proactively identify delays or risks to project deliverable
- Successfully operate across multiple initiatives at the same time
- Sharepoint build/maintenance experience
- Ability to work under pressure in a global team environment
- Ability to liaise with various levels within the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds
- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
