Project Manager / Business Analyst (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst for our client in New York, New York. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Responsibilities:

• The PM/Business Analyst will work closely with Global Markets (GM) COO units, subject matter experts, and technical resources to assist in overall strategy and execution of GM Strategic Initiatives Portfolio
• Analyzes current business processes and procedures to identify opportunities for process improvement, increase operational efficiency, and document a new process.
• Monitor GM Portfolio Health and identify issues for resolution. Ability to independently solve issues.
• Support in GM Portfolio Planning for upcoming years by engaging with relevant stakeholders
• Analyze and synthesize disparate data sets to create executive level presentations to drive decision making
• Translate ambiguous business needs into actionable steps

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a finance industry related company or big 4 consulting firm
• High Proficiency in Power Point/ Excel, SharePoint and ideally JIRA
• Ideally knowledge of Global Markets, Equities and/or Fixed Income
• Ability to succinctly write business executive updates and collaborate across the board
