Project Manager / Business Analyst (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst for our client in Jersey City, New Jersey. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Description:

• Global Banking & Markets Operations Project Manager / Business Analyst to manage the compliance of 871m Phase 2 Regulation for Listed Options and Securities Custody

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of 871m Phase 2 rules for Listed Options and Securities Custody products and create detailed business requirements
• Project Manage the work stream, including coordination of activities across Operations and Technology
• Track and build high level plan and timelines
• Track and communicate delivery status
• Identify and manage project risks and issues
• Adhere to enterprise change management standards
• Work with end users to define functional requirements and prepare User Acceptance Testing
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing execution and Production parallel activities

Requirements:

• Knowledge and Experience of 871m Rules and Regulation covering Listed Options and Securities Custody products
• Understanding how Trade positions are managed and maintained (Buy / Sell trades, Transfers in and Out, Journal entry movements etc)
• Knowledge of Operational Processing within Global Markets, particularly 871m related (corporate actions and dividends)
• Knowledge and Understanding of US Tax Witholding and Reporting concepts
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects to plan
• Ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at different levels
• Knowledge of structured project management methods
• Experience of requirements gathering and test preperation
• Experience of working in Financial Services
