Project Manager (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Project Manager for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Job Description:

• Oversight of projects that have significant impact on business processes that impact Client and Employee experience. Interact with a broad spectrum of stakeholders to execute high visibility programs/projects. Ability to manage deliverables supporting multiple, complex organizations and work collaboratively with both direct and indirect assigned resources to perform support functions. Communicating and interacting with stakeholders both vertically and horizontally to drive initiatives to conclusion. Works well independently with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Accountability for developing plans to deliver future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Proficient in problem analysis and solution design. Strong Presentation skills, including preparing compelling presentations to senior level executives. Ability to be flexible, adaptable and proactively take initiative. Executive presence and ability to lead meetings. Ability to influence senior leadership Team uses an Agile development process.

Requirements:

• Requires 7+ years of Project managent experience
• Strong experience and understanding of an Agile SDLC lifecycle
• Experience with the bank’s Change management tools (JIRA, PPRT, Remedy, GCPAR).
• Working knowledge using the Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, clearly articulating findings and presenting solutions
• Working knowledge of the Enterprise Change Management Standards and Evidence Requirements.
• Proactive - takes initiative/preempts stakeholder requirements before they connect and prepares accordingly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal supervision
• Strong business/technology acumen and shared capabilities
