Project Manager (Closed)
SkillStorm is seeking a Project Manager for our client in Charlotte, NC. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Required Skills:
- Strong and detailed understanding of the SDLC and methodologies from Waterfall to Agile programming practices
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.0/2.1, ARIA standards, and other industry guidelines related to Accessibility Technology (AT)
- Experience with industry leading AT applications and functionality such as: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, and others
- Existing Bank of America application development processes experience preferred
- Experience developing and presenting metrics and reporting
- Impeccable communication skills adaptable to the audience (technology development teams through senior executives)
- Creative self-starter who brings challenges to light along with proposed solutions, and can balance line of business needs with that of our disabled customers
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and effectively prioritize work to meet competing deadlines, excellent organizational skills
Desired Skills:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience within a Computer Science related field or applicable application development/engineering arena
- 10 years application development/engineering experience working directly within project teams and/or as a project manager
- Experience per above within a large financial institution, Client preferred
- Prior management/team leader experience and PMP certification a plus but not required
- Prior business management and process development/improvement preferred
