Project Manager (Closed)

SkillStorm is seeking a Project Manager for our client in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must be able to work on SkillStorm's W2; not a C2C position. EOE, including disability/vets.

Position Summary:

• The Payments and Merchant technology team is looking for a project manager to assist with team growth. This resource will be responsible for working with various HR partners to gather/prioritize resumes, enter jobs reqs, staff planning, schedule interviews and work with managers to ensure hiring process moves forward efficiently. They will also assist with boarding (technology, process, etc.) and make sure new hires have everything they need in their first few weeks on the job to be successful. Weekly reporting to show progress will be required. In addition, this person will help with PMO and financial tasks for the portfolio of work we manage.

Required Skills:

• Excellent Excel skills
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience creating Executive level PowerPoint presentations
• Strong organizational skills
• A positive attitude and great with people

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience managing hiring process for technology organization
• Familiarity with technology roles and skills
